Dean is double Florida Bar Board Certified in the areas of Civil Trial and Workers’ Compensation Law, meaning that he is recognized by the Florida Bar as a specialist in these areas.
In the State of Florida, Florida Bar Certification is the highest level of evaluation to test the skill, knowledge, proficiency, aptitude, professionalism, and experience of its attorneys in any of the two dozen areas of law available and approved for certification by the State Supreme Court.
Attorney Scott Graul was born in Detroit. After he graduated from Michigan State University, he then interned with the Wayne County Executive’s Office as part of their Press Relations Division. Later, he followed his family to Florida, then attended Florida State University where he graduated in the top twenty-five percent of his class.
His first assignment as a new attorney was working for the State Attorney’s Office in Bartow, where he prosecuted misdemeanors. Eventually, he was promoted to handle a full load of felony cases. He maintained this position for several years.
Attorney Timothy Coleman has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2004.
Born in New Britain, Connecticut, Tim moved to Florida when he was three years old.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Stetson University in Deland then attended and graduated from Stetson Law School in 2003. He was admitted to The Florida Bar the following year.
Shortly after he was admitted to the Bar, Tim went to work for the Florida State Attorney’s office, where he worked for over eight years. During his tenure there, he was the Felony Division Chief, the Director of County Court, and an Economic Crimes Prosecutor. He lectured and conducted seminars for law enforcement and prosecutors, and tried over 60 jury trials ranging from misdemeanors to 2nd Degree Murder. He’s been a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney since 2012.
