DEAN BURNETTI LAW ANNOUNCES SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST WINNER
LAKELAND, FL, December 29, 2017 – Today, Dean Burnetti Law, through the Dean Burnetti Law Charitable Foundation, announced the winner of its First Annual Scholarship Contest. The contest was open to students registered at an accredited college or university, and the winner would receive $1,000 for submitting the most creative and original video on the topic of “The Dangers of Distracted Driving.”
The winning video was submitted by a two-person team of Kailey Rogers and Brandon Pak. Both are students at The DAVE (Digital Animations and Visual Effects) School (a subsidiary of Florida Technical College). Pak’s focus is on becoming an animation modeler, while Rogers’ primary focus is on animation rigging, though she intends to be an animation generalist, able to handle all aspects of the art. Their video can be viewed on the firm’s website.
Upon viewing all entries, Burnetti, said, “It’s amazing what young people these days can do with a cell phone and their imagination. I’m happy to help take some of the financial burden from them as they educate themselves to enter the workforce.”
